Mr. Emmanuel Ayodele PEMI, is the principal partner of the firm and has over three decades of professional experience both in private and public sectors. He has been providing professional services in audit, financial and management accounting, tax and business advisory services.
He had Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic, Bida, Niger State in the year 1987. He got his M.BA at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State in 2007. He further got a B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) in the year 2020.
He is professionally inclined because he got qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountants (ACA) of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2003 and became Fellow Chartered Accountants (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2014. He also belongs to the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He was an Associate Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI) in 2007 and later became Fellow Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI) in 2013.
He began his career with training at Olaiya Oludare Balogun and Co. a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Ilorin. Kwara State. He has attended many seminars and training within and outside the country on accounting and related courses. He has been involved directly in the audit in both public and private sectors of the country.

Mr. Okhilua Ernest O, is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive of the firm and has over 20 years of professional experience providing financial statement audit and other audit- related services, advisory services and taxation services. His experience cut across diverse industries and sectors of the economy including the public domain.
He holds Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa in the year 2003. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 2009, currently, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. In the year 2014, he obtained a B. Sc., Accounting & Forensic Investigation from the Achiever University Owo, Ondo State. In the year 2018, he obtained M. Sc., in Public Sector Accounting from the Nasarawa State University Keffi, Nasarawa State. He had work in various organization as well as several Accounting Firms before he joins Messers Ayodele Pemi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in the year 2013 and later rose to become the Managing Partner.
He has been involved directly in the Audit of the Account of very large, medium and small Companies, Non-Governmental Organisations etc. in Nigeria.

Mr. Fafesobi Olugbenga Emmanuel is the Associate Forensic Audit and Fraud Investigation of the firm and has over 16 years (2008-2024) of professional experience providing management, accountancy and taxation services. His experience was all in public sector.
He holds Higher National Diploma (HND) in 1997 from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti. He Proceeded for his M.BA from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State. 2005. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008 as Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). In 2016, he did Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.,) from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. After many years of experience as a qualified chartered accountant, He qualified as Associate member Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) in 2018, year later, he was also admitted as Fellow Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2019. Currently, he has Advance Diploma in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation, (DFAFI) 2024.

John D. Edibo has over 20 years of experience and skills in Banking, finance and accounting, audit and tax management. He has good numerical and analytical skill, creative, passionate about tasks, and continuously learning with high emotional intelligence, with measures in place for opportunities and threats. He is a high team spirit and assume ownership of responsibility.
He started his educational background from Kaduna State polytechnic Zaria in 1994 with Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Account and later finished with Upper Credit in the same Polytechnic as Higher National Diploma (HND) Accounting in year 1999. He also has Bachelor of Science Accounting from Oxford Brookes University- United Kingdom 2020 and currently running Master's Degree in Finance from Lincoln University College – Malaysia.
He is a qualified Associate Member Association of Chartered Certified Accountants England. (ACCA) and Associate Member Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).
He started his career with United Bank for Africa Plc in 2004 as Cash Officer and later grew to Head Branch Operations Abuja in 2012. He later joins Mainstreet Bank Limited as Regional Operations Manager –Abuja/North Central Region 2012 -2015, Skyke Bank Plc (Now Polaris Bank) as Regional Branch Coordinator –North Central Region 2015-2018 and left the bank as Regional Branch Coordinator –North West 2 Region in 2022.
He currently works at Ayodele Pemi & Co. as Associate Partner Audit & Assurance and also lecture part-time for ICAN students.

Phillip Idoko is the Audit Manager of the firm and has over 10 years of professional experience providing audit and audit related assignment and working to provide tax advisory and compliance services to the firm's clients.
He has spent some years in providing audit and assurance, tax and financial services to some reputable organisations in the capacity as internal auditor. He has been involved directly in the audit of the accounts of some large firms and government organisations in Nigeria.

Ndubuisi Ahia is a seasoned Administrator, he is Associate Partner-Administration and Human Resources. He has over 15 years of professional experience. He graduated from Imo State University, Owerri, Imo State in Bachelor of Education Accountancy in 2012. He started his career in Audit Firm in Abuja as Audit Trainee in 2009 to 2014 and later join another company and he has worked in different department like Procurement Department, Finance and Account Department and before joining Ayodele Pemi & Co. he worked in Admin and Human Resources Department as Head of the Department in Management level. In the course of his career, he has gone through different professional trainings as follows:
Segun Obafemi is a Chartered Accountant with experience in risk management, finance, taxation, internal auditing, and internal control. He honed his abilities in various industries such as consultancy, retail, and the financial services industry.
Before now, Segun worked at Citi trust Holdings Plc as an Enterprise Risk, Audit, and Internal Control Analyst. He also worked at SLOT Systems Limited as an audit officer. His collaborative style and strategic ideas continually enhance the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organization.
He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, and he is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Isaiah Orobogha Ashaka is a highly motivated, goal-driven, accountant, and financial consultant with over 21 years' experience in both profit and not for profit organizations. During these years, Mr Ashaka has delivered significant number of cost effective, business process enhancing budgets and other financial related advisory services. Furthermore, Mr Ashaka is actively involved in the planning and implementation of development programs run by different work teams managing projects across the Africa region.
Mr Ashaka's engagement with the largest US based international worker organization (American Center for International Labour Solidarity) provided him the leverage to develop extensive experience of multicultural business environments, meeting stakeholders' needs and achieving set results. Mr Ashaka has consistently devised innovative and cost effective analytical and numerical computations to management for decision making. This is evidence in his record of transparency, integrity and accountability in over 21 years of project management.
Specifically, Mr Ashaka has managed a lot of successful projects ranging from capacity building to empowerment.
Mr Ashaka studied Accountancy from the University of Lagos and a master's degree in financial economics from the University of Abuja. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). An Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), an Associate member of Certified Fraud Examiners, and also, a Certified Nonprofit Financial Steward from Havard Kennedy School USA. He has attended numerous trainings, workshops, and conferences in Nigeria and overseas.
